My Story

I was in pretty good shape most of my life (never great) but after getting married and getting a bit older (not to mention giving birth to a child) I packed on a few extra pounds. It bothered me of course, but I somehow let it go until it got out of hand and I said “WOW, I am FAT and I MUST take control of my life today”
